Yes! Most of our pieces are unique vintage or thrifted finds, meaning once they're gone, they're gone. We recommend purchasing quickly if something catches your eye — restocks are rare or not possible.

Unfortunately we're unable to hold or reserve items. Our pieces sell fast, so secure yours by completing checkout as soon as possible.

Our inventory varies week to week depending on what we source. We do our best to list size information accurately on each product page. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to us before purchasing.

Delivery

We offer two convenient delivery options nationwide:

3-Day Aramex Delivery — R100
10-Day PEP Store Delivery — R70

Delivery lead times will depend on the courier partner chosen and their terms and conditions.

All orders are dropped off with our delivery partners within 48 hours of a successful sale. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package while it's in transit.

While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery, occasional delays due to courier operations, public holidays, or high shipping volumes can occur and are outside of our control. If a delay occurs, we'll keep you informed with updates from the courier.

Yes! Visits are by appointment only. Find us at 2 Umgeni Road, Riverclub Ext 1, Sandton. Please contact us to arrange an appointment before visiting.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind vintage nature of our pieces, we generally do not accept returns. However, we are happy to assist with exchanges where applicable.

Exchanges are offered in two situations: if there was a sizing mistake, or if the item arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to raise the issue.

Email us at info@thesanctuarythrift.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Refunds are generally not offered due to the unique nature of our products. If an item is confirmed damaged or defective, we will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.

Payments

We accept all major payment methods available through our online checkout. Payment information is always encrypted and secure during transmission.

Absolutely. All payment information is encrypted during transmission and we never store sensitive card details on our servers.
